HOW BORING… FOR STAR WARS TOO

FLIP FEATURE

From what the headline implies, I wasn’t impressed with the Mandalorian Season Three.

It was rushed. It was set up for season four. It had almost zero chance of impressing me and all around looked shoddy. I’m just glad they set up season four, but I wouldn’t want to rewatch the season again.

When I published the first part of this review, I was optimistic at the least. This scrambled together plot could’ve gone somewhere for Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal), the actual main character of the show, but it didn’t. It stayed focused on retaking the planet and unifying all Mandalorians. As much as I love a reunion plot, this one could fall apart at a moment’s notice.

What needs to happen is Din Djarin and Din Grogu need to be separated from the Mandalorians, which thankfully was set up in the last five minutes of the season. They’ll be going on their own little adventures again and we can put this season behind us.

This season has some great action and some new memorable chatterers, but I want to just leave it behind. I don’t think I would rewatch it.
