Homecoming heals!
This week I am covering my first homecoming photo shoot. I attended Beaver Area High School’s 2025 Homecoming. Upon attending, I took some pictures for my friend Morgan and her boyfriend. After posting my most recent collection of pictures, I gained more attention. I was hired for a senior photo shoot along with being asked to be a third photographer for a wedding. I was asked by a more popular photographer that I am a fan of.

This is one of my new favorite photos! My friend hadn’t picked any poses, so I am thankful that I came prepared. I was excited to have them try this pose and so glad they did because it came out so perfect. Both of them were extremely happy with how all of the pictures turned out, but this was their favorite:

I use inspiration from sources like Pinterest and TikTok for poses. I really like how this pose focuses on the corsage and the details. This pose was solely for the aesthetic of the colors. The colors complement each other well.

This is a perfect example of what I was describing last week about lighting. In the end, the picture didn’t turn out awful, but I would have liked it if the lighting would have been a little dimmer. I was really happy with the location of the pictures. I really like the bridge in the background. My friend and I were very happy with the results.
Thank you so much for joining me this week on Lights, Camera, Action!
