Every year stores and restaurants play the same Christmas songs over and over again. It’s kind of hard to get into the festive spirit when that’s all you hear, but don’t worry! There are still Christmas songs out there to get you in the holiday spirit.
- The Pretty Reckless- “Where are you Christmas?”
This cover, which was recently released, is a rock version of the classic Faith Hill song. Sung by Taylor Momsen, the actress of Cindy Lou Who in The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, definitely has a different take on the song and doesn’t put you to sleep like others.
2.“Mi Burrito Sabanero”
While this one may be intended for kids, it’s still a great little tune to put on to feel more festive. Honesty, you don’t need to know exactly what the lyrics are saying to enjoy it. Also, in my opinion, it is way better than the more popular Spanish Christmas song “Feliz Navidad”
3. Danny Gonzalez – “I’m Gonna Kill Santa Claus”
So, this might not be a traditional holiday song, but it is hilarious! If you’re in the mood to laugh then I suggest listening to this. It kind of reminds me of “Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer.”
