Grammy nominations have always been a controversial topic with fans debating whether some singers actually deserve to be considered and which artists got robbed. The 2026 nominations are no different, but there are three singers that most people agree were snubbed.
1. Conan Gray
In August, Gray released his fourth studio album, “Wishbone.” This album was extremely successful and highly acclaimed. It debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and has 217 million streams. Wishbone is also his best project released, according to many of his fans (including me). Yet Gray is walking away with no nominations.
2. Ravyn Lenae
Despite her song “Love me Not” being one of the biggest songs of the summer, she received zero nominations this year. Lenae has been making music since 2015, but 2025 was definitely her breakout year. She has opened for big artists, such as Sabrina Carpenter and Renne Rapp. She has also done multiple performances at different festivals. Seeing Lenae not being considered the best new artist is disappointing, to say the least.
3. The Weekend
In 2021, The Weekend had boycotted The Grammys after his hit song, “Blinding Lights,” received no nominations. However, in 2025, he and the class made peace with each other. That peace did not last long as his newest album, “Hurry Up Tomorrow,” was once again snubbed. This shocked many fans as The Weekend is one of the most popular performers of the decade.
