Mental health is worldly a matter for most human beings you know. One thing I find fascinating and help full through online sources and just friends around me is that music can help with mental health. Music changes the brain and researches have found that listening to music triggers the release of multiple chemicals that play a roll In brain function and mental health. Music is a powerful tool to improve mental,physical and emotional health. Since Covid-19 people all around the world with depression have leaned towards turning on music to help. Music has a rhythmic and repetitive aspects, which can engage the neocortex which can calm down the mind and mental state of others. Listening to music really seems to show a way of healing the mind and body.
