ADD is a subtype of ADHD. It is known to be challenging for people who have it to do basic tasks or even basic routines. People who have it in school can have a lot of problems that some may not even know about. It can cause difficulty staying focused. Which can lead to unfinished tasks, missed deadlines, and problems with organization. They may struggle with time management, which can impact academic performance or career advancement. ADD can make communication harder, as individuals may seem distracted or forgetful, leading to frustration in both personal and professional relationships. Overall, life with ADD can require extra effort to manage time, stay organized, and maintain focus, but with appropriate strategies and support, many individuals can lead fulfilling, successful lives.
